A week ago I wrecked my Kia and yesterday I got the bad news that it would be totaled out.  I am so sad that I cannot cry (as much as I would like to).  This is my year to turn 65 years old and having a car note for the next 5 or 6 years was not in my plans.  I just want to be by myself.

This was my reply to a Facebook friend:-

Yes I am deleting your comments because they are based on emotion not fact; your comments indicate that you buy into those unfunded theories reported by those that hated the fact there was a Black man in the White House for 8 years; your comments cannot be proven because they are all theories; had you read the GOP platform you would know of the cuts that will be felt by Americans will cause many to suffer financially; not sure why you hated President Obama and to be honest I don’t really care; I have served under many Presidents, but this one by far is the worst when it come to America as a whole; as for draining the swamp, his cabinet is the richest in American history, don’t believe me, research the net worth of each member; take the time to read his budget, take the time to read the numerous trumpcare bills being discussed what you will find is that middle to low income Americans will be devastated; you and I have a good working relationship & if you have noticed I don’t comment on any of your posts because I had hoped that we would continue to be friends; I worked with a staunch Republican for years & we had the greatest relationship; we respected each other & we refrained from making derogatory remarks during our conversations; when you comment about “Obamacare” which is ACA you are aware that TN did not buy in to the ACA?; maybe you are not aware that to sign up for the ACA, which one can still do, they have to go to the market place website; our TN GOP controlled House & Senate voted DOWN “InsureTN” which would have covered about 300,000 Tennesseans, but the GOP does not want America to be insured; take the time to read the GOP platform and yes I will continue to delete your comments.

Her reply back to me – Joyce , I can’t believe all you know is The Race Card!!! So SAD; Tennessee has No Providers of the obummercare!! If you care so much, Help Tennesseeans

My response back to her:

Please do your research; the State of Tennessee NEVER signed onto the ACA, that is why Tennesseans have to go to the market website to apply for “PRIVATE” insurance; your comments play the race card on a daily basis & that is why I delete them; by the way Medicaid is still accepted in the State of Tennessee and it has nothing to do with the ACA, again do your research; I worked with Medicaid, Medicare for years, my daughter works with Insurance Benefits so when I post on Facebook it is not based on emotion or what I heard from some talking head, it is based on my research and experience; when I post based on “opinion” I will state “in my opinion”.  And what in my initial message is “playing the race card”; your definition of race game playing needs to be defined!

I am sure our friendship ended today.

For the past few days #45 has been attacking AG Sessions because in his mind, Sessions is weak.  Now what #45 does best is tweet, which in MY mind shows a sign of weakness.  Just get off the tweet, walk over to Sessions and TELL him what you think about him, go ahead be a MAN.  Now this AM a bomb went off when #45 ONCE again tweeted that he will not allow Transgendered individuals to serve “in any capacity” in the military due to cost, but there is no cost to having a Transgendered serve because surgery is not a REQUIREMENT to identify as being Transgendered.  I believe #45 wants to take the spotlight off Sessions and Russia so he creates chaos in all branches of the military.  Transgendered training for those currently serving in the military is just about complete and now this.   America there is no cost associated with being Transgendered, do your research.  The cost comes when the individual decides he or she wants to have the surgery that will physically allow the bodily appearance and mindset to match.  I am sick and tired of #45 putting his lies out for his base to cling to another reason to continue their support.  His base just needs to admit they are bigots, racists, they hate all that don’t believe “their” beliefs, they hate Blacks (but tolerate them), they hate strong women, they believe in conspiracy theories (which have no proof), if you are not a “Christian” based on “their” definition, then you are evil.  Did I miss any categories?

So #45 is putting victims of the ACA on display (obviously those victims have not read any of the GOP plans for healthcare); I will be the first to admit the ACA had it quirks, it caused my job to be phased out, but Americans needed health insurance; if the GOP plan is not recommending a single payer health insurance plan or Medicaid or Medicare for ALL then those #45 ACA victims best get ready to die because ALL of the basic plans the GOP have proposed may cost less but those basic plans do not cover emergency room events, wellness office visits, birth control, pregnancy, over night hospital stays, in-patient rehab, home health visits, asthma, post-heart attack medical care, now if you want to pay 3x what you are currently paying for ACA then by all means continue to blindly follow #45 in his quest to MAMS (make America more sick).

Many days have gone by since I last posted, but with so much uncertainty in America I at times remain silent. Healthcare insurance is still the #1 topic on every channel and based on what I am hearing there is no clear cut solution. Why can’t Congress just enroll America in the Congressional healthcare insurance plan? There are solutions to the problems created by Congress, but because of “their” special interest “income” they refuse agree on issues that impact America.

I know this is wrong, from a religious point, but I do not like #45, his family, and Pence. They lie so much and they are getting richer because of their political position. This Administration has done nothing since taking office that the majority of America can benefit from. This Administration has embraced our enemy, Russia and what I don’t understand is the silence from the Republican party.

Yes the ACA had its quirks, but there was a plan to fix it, but the GOP controlled House would not allow that plan to be placed on the House calendar for debate; having worked a State Medicaid plan in the past I am well aware of what it was like pre-ACA; many families/individuals would utilize the emergency room for sprains and earaches; under the plan the GOP controlled Congress has presented will not solve any healthcare problems; personally I have sent letters to my GOP Senators with the recommendation that a Civilian-TriCare insurance program be implemented; TriCare is already an established program for Service members & their dependents; it is an 80/20 benefits paid program; as I asked Paul Ryan why create a wheel when one is already turning; so instead of bad-mouthing the ACA which helped more than it hurt, write to your elected representatives; for those of you that may not be aware, Medicare, Medicaid, TriCare & Congressional Insurance program are all good working healthcare insurance plans; what the GOP controlled Congress has recommended is a death sentence for millions.

The Senate GOP released their version of a healthcare reform Bill and as expected it can be classified as death waiting to cover America.  I am not understanding why the Senate GOP won’t just allow America to be part of the Senate healthcare group.  Based on what has been reported the Senate GOP members will be allowed to keep their coverage under the ACA (Obamacare), so why make the voters suffer?  It is a sad day when a handful of white men can determine the health of millions of Americans.  I am so tired of this lop-sided Nation we live in.

Day 1 of a new blog site.  I am not sure what happened to my last blog site, but it is no longer available to the general public.

In my personal opinion America is a Nation in distress as #45 has used his “Executive Order” power to dismantle every good deed that President Obama did, but as I have stated so many times people voted for #45 only because they hated that a Black man had been in the Oval Office and did not want to see a strong female be next.

I will have more to say at a later date, just wanted to get this started.
