Pre-Thanksgiving 2023

This day started off with me and Tammy in the kitchen cooking for dinner on Thursday. The cake, sweet potatoes, Tammy’s baked veggies all turned out perfect. Tomorrow it is the gingerbread, greens, peas, masked potatoes, chicken wings and salmon. This is going to be our first 100% vegan Thanksgiving dinner.

It has been a good year, finally got Mama enrolled in a good palliative care agency. Her memory is slowly demising, after all she is 96. We are all trying to eat healthy so we do not end up in the same physical condition as her.

Well, it is late and I am sleepy.
