No Bread

I am currently on Day 10 of not having eaten any bread, and that is a record to be celebrated. I have noticed that I don’t have a bloated feeling and those rumblings within my digestive system are not there. I have not had an alka seltzer in over 6 weeks, again another reason to celebrate.

My goal is to remove bread from my diet, permanently. I do plan on 2024 being a year that I will put myself on a health track to lose 40 pounds and increase my intake of vegetables and fruits.
