What is the truth?

Hearing rumors of “do not support her” is heartbreaking, but being lied to is devastating. I have asked several individuals to endorse my campaign, and the main response has been crickets. I will remember.

The greatest hurt was my asking who I thought was a good friend, only to be told she was not endorsing during the primary. I showed her the announcement where she had endorsed the white female for governor. I will remember.

Running for office has been draining and extremely stressful. I will chalk it up as a lesson learned.
